Adventures in the Lone Star State


Final day! Some may say that I’m throwing in the towel and calling it quits, but I expect to reach my goal of losing 10 lbs. in the morning. In all, it was an interesting adventure which has pleasantly surprised me. I will have lost 10 lbs after 11 days on the program. I felt fairly satisfied for most of the program. I’m not going to lie to you and say that I never felt hungry because there were definitely days/times when I was. However, I learned to discipline myself and tough it through. I also learned that I’m sick of having broccoli, cauliflower, and celery as my only non-meal snacks. I’m am anxiously awaiting to have some eggs, milk, cheese among other things. The diet plan has helped me loose plenty of excess fat and I do feel much better. I could probably lose a few more pounds, but I am now going to increase my exercising and get back into my routine.
